A grim possibility

Post by Synchronicity on Sun Apr 12, 2009 7:25 pm

So i was thinking...we've been saying that GMIC'sD"N" and SCSP"D" would signal the end of Heavenly and February, but both appear to still be going. Has i crossed anyone's mind that maybe it would be the Brilliant green that would be ending?

this is just a random thought...share opinions.

Hope not. I still belive in my heart that they are preparing a new album to be released someday. Now we know that Shun is involved in both projects, but what about Ryo?

I think it would be really devastating for me if Buriguri does not come back.

No way. I think they will never close any of the roads open to them. My bet is that Meister 2 will appear sometimes in 2009/2010, and then after that, who knows. Never say never.

I can't say I haven't thought about this but ... after taking such a long break between THE WINTER ALBUM and Stand by Me, I feel like they're the type of band to re-surface whenever they feel musically inspired to do so.

Although, the recent dip into '90's grunge (this depends on what the new album sounds like) leans even more dangerously into buriguri territory for me. I love the new single and what's Tommy (plus Shun and/or Ryo are doing in the background with the music?) but it makes me wonder why they don't just step out as the brilliant green again with music similar to it. Maybe Shun and Ryo are happy staying in the background for the time being. (2007/08 in the spotlight was a little too much for them - they have to go into hibernation again Very Happy ) Or maybe they feel the group has matured or changed past the grunge music element. I have no idea - one of my favorite past times is just theorizing why those three are doing what they're doing. Very Happy

My prediction is that after the new Tommy album, a new brilliant green album will come out at the end of this year, or the beginning of 2010. I'll admit, there might be some wishful thinking here since I'm such a diehard brilliant green fan. Very Happy

What about the rumored album of unreleased songs???? It HAS to come out!!!!!! As much as I LOVE Tommy heavenly6, the brilliant green is where it all started. They just have to continue!! Sad

I cannae waaaaiiiittttt for that album to come out of their unreleased songs pressuming that they really are working on it as they apparently said (I just read the Wikipedia, haven't seen the actual interview where they stated that).

At least it'd be like new songs, so I'm excited =) I don't think they'll end within the near future.

I agree. The fact that Ryo and Shun had a big part in the new Th6 album, and the fact that Tommy mentioned them meeting in one of the latest diary posts means that this 'grim possibility' is looking less and less likely.
